La FES a mis en place en 2005, dans le cadre du programme jeune leadership, le Youth Leadership Training Programme (YLTP) qui est une formation en leadership et en développement personnel. L’objectif principal de ce programme est d’accompagner l’émergence de jeunes leaders à Madagascar, de les engager dans un processus de changement qui leur permette d’adopter de nouvelles pratiques en matière de culture politique.
Chaque année, le programme sélectionne 25 jeunes leaders actifs dans leur domaine respectif (administration publique, secteur privé, parti politique, société civile, médias…) pour neuf sessions mensuelles de formation. Il s’adresse aux jeunes de 23 à 30 ans de toutes les régions de Madagascar et de tous les milieux sociaux.
Le programme offre aux participants des outils et des ressources pour les accompagner dans le développement de leurs potentiels en tant qu’agents et leaders de changement. A travers les sessions de développement personnel, de leadership et les thématiques d’actualité, le programme leur permet de grandir et d’élargir l’impact de leur travail dans leur communauté.
Ils sont 13 femmes et 12 hommes à avoir été sélectionnés pour composer la XIXème promotion du Youth Leadership Training Program (YLTP).
